Weight Loss Plan - 1

Note: Walk at least 30 minutes and add 10 more minutes daily.

Reduce your weight in a week by using below mentioned food and diet; these foods will also benefit ur immune system & skin.

Day 1-Monday

Start your day with at least two apples and 1 pomegranate. Eat pear watermelon, oranges, apples and other varieties of fruits during the whole day. By the end of the day, you must have eaten at least 2 pomegranates, 4 oranges, 4 apples, & 1 watermelon. Don’t take any kind of juice in whole day.

Day 2-Tuesday

Start your day with 1 boiled potato. You have to eat vegetables (boiled or salad) Drink at the least 10 glass water during the day. You are not allowed to use milk, cream & oil on this day.

Make salad by using 1 cabbage, 3 carrots, 1 red radish, 10 collard leaves, 5 onions and 1 boiled potato 1 lemon on top of the salad, Eat it during the day at due intervals.

Day 3-Wednesday

Drink 12 glasses of water during the day.

Make fruit salad by using Quarter grapefruit, 2 apples, 2 apricots, 3 oranges, 1 cup grapes sour, 1 mango and squash a lemon on top. Don’t use of butter, oil, cheese, or any other fatty foods.

Day 4-Thursday

Drink 3 glasses of milk & 12 glasses of water & eat 10 bananas during the day. Along with this use the soup especially prepared for the diet.

Ingredients for soup:

Boil below mentioned things for 5 minutes

1 cabbage

1 onion,

3 tomatoes,

2 collard leaves.

2 green chilies,

&

Season with a pinch of salt and black pepper.

Day 5-Friday

Must Drink 12 glasses of water during the day.

Eat boiled lentils (daal) & rice must eat at least 2 apples, 6 tomatoes, & 2 oranges & also keep using the salad.

Day 6-Saturday

Must Drink 14 glasses of water during the day.

Use boiled vegetables & rice. Also keep using fruits and soup.

Day 7-Sunday

Use one bowl of vegetable soup. Eat Vegetables, Lentils & Boiled Rice, you can also use fresh juice of grapefruit and oranges.

If you want to take more benefit then add lemon juice and 3 spoons of honey in warm water and take once in a day.
